While looking for fresh arugula this week in our produce section I came across a beautiful bunch of dandelion leaves. High is vitamin H, dandelion leaves have a slightly bitter and peppery flavor that adds a nice touch to this simple fresh lunchtime favorite. Get the recipe here: Salami Baguettini
