It has been over a month since Chef Mike's last post because things have been busy! Simple Fresh Salami Baguettini

While  looking for fresh arugula this week in our produce section I came across a beautiful bunch of dandelion leaves.  High is vitamin H, dandelion leaves have a slightly bitter and peppery flavor that adds a nice touch to this simple fresh lunchtime favorite. Sunday's Recipes: Short Ribs Two Ways

You never know when and where inspiration will hit you.  Today it was in the grocery store checkout line when my wife pointed to a magazine cover and said, "I want to eat that!" Short ribs are prepared in two different ways this Sunday. 

Short Rib Ragu with Potato Gnocchi.
